Star Physical Therapy is a physical therapy and injury rehab clinic with locations in Draper and Taylorsville, Utah.

Star Physical Therapy is captained by Dr. Corey Verostick. Dr. Verostick has been practicing physical therapy since 2008, when he graduated with his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from St. Francis University in Loretto, PA. He then went on to complete a fellowship program to become a Fellow in the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists through the Manual Therapy Institute in San Marcos, Tx. Dr. Verostick has worked as a staff therapist, clinical director, clinical educator and mentor in Texas and Florida.

Dr. Verostick focuses on finding “the cause of the cause” of a patient’s pain or injury in order to expedite their recovery through more precise manual therapy, muscle coordination, and functional training. He also believes in using a team approach to working on the overall health of patients; and patients can benefit from holistic and integrative care that addresses the entirety of the mind, body, and soul.

Dr. Verostick is also passionate about clinical education and teaching students. He has been mentoring students since his second year out of school, including Fellows-in-Training. He believes that education is a pinnacle of the health profession. Teaching not only helps improve the Doctors of tomorrow, but hones one’s own skill at the same time creating an overall better treatment for patients.

In his leisure time, Dr. Verostick enjoys carpentry, hiking, skiing, golfing, competitive shooting, sports and spending time with his wife, son and miniature schnauzer.
